Hands On Lawn Care Service specializes in professional exterior maintenance for:

• Vacant & Investment Properties 

We no longer provide routine residential lawn maintenance services.

All estimates and proposals are provided without obligation unless otherwise stated.

Pricing is based upon information available during the property evaluation. If site conditions differ from those originally observed, pricing may be adjusted before additional work is performed.

Quotes may include assumptions regarding accessibility, property conditions, and scope of work.

Only services specifically listed within the approved proposal or maintenance agreement are included.

Additional services requested before, during, or after scheduled work may result in additional charges.

No additional work will be performed without customer authorization.

Maintenance schedules are established according to the property's needs and the agreed service plan.

While every effort is made to maintain consistent scheduling, service dates may vary due to weather, equipment maintenance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

The safety of our employees, clients, and equipment is our highest priority.

Services may be postponed because of:

• Heavy rain 
• Lightning 
• Flooding 
• High winds 
• Extreme temperatures 
• Unsafe ground conditions 

When weather delays occur, service will be rescheduled as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property during scheduled service visits.

Locked gates, blocked entrances, construction activity, parked vehicles, or other obstacles that prevent scheduled work may require service rescheduling or additional trip charges.

Customers should remove or secure any valuable, fragile, decorative, or movable items located within areas scheduled for maintenance.

Hands On Lawn Care Service is not responsible for damage to items left within active work areas that could reasonably have been removed or protected prior to service.

Customers are responsible for identifying any hidden irrigation components, invisible fencing, underground wiring, landscape lighting, or other concealed property features.

The Company is not responsible for damage to systems that are improperly installed, inadequately marked, or not reasonably visible.

Payment terms are established within each approved proposal or service agreement.

Invoices are due according to the agreed payment schedule.

Late payments may result in:

• Late fees where permitted by law 
• Suspension of future services 
• Collection activity 
• Recovery of reasonable collection costs when permitted by law 

Returned checks, rejected electronic payments, or payment reversals may be subject to additional processing fees permitted by applicable law.

Either party may terminate an ongoing maintenance agreement by providing written notice according to the terms outlined within the service agreement.

Termination does not eliminate responsibility for payment of services already performed.

Hands On Lawn Care Service reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services when:

• Unsafe working conditions exist 
• Aggressive behavior is directed toward employees 
• Payment obligations are not met 
• Property conditions present unreasonable hazards 
• Requested work falls outside our normal scope of services 

While we strive to provide the highest level of workmanship, Hands On Lawn Care Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
