Hands On “Cut of the Week”

  To keep this program fair and safe for everyone, the following rules apply:

· Nominees must be a disabled U.S. veteran living within the Hot Springs service area.

· Submissions must include the veteran’s name and contact phone number and be sent to:

handson1214@gmail.com

· The person submitting a nomination must have the veteran’s permission to provide their contact information.

· One veteran will be selected each week through a live video drawing.

· The selected veteran must allow our team to schedule service based on weather and availability.

· Free service includes a one-time standard lawn cutting and trimming only.

· It does not include major landscaping, tree removal, junk removal, or large property clearing.

· Hands On Lawn Care Service reserves the right to decline service if the property presents unsafe working conditions or requires work beyond normal lawn maintenance.

· By participating, selected veterans agree that photos or video of the service may be used on our social media pages.

· This program runs March 2026 through September 2026.

Property Condition Requirement

Properties submitted must be maintained residential lawns that require standard mowing and trimming.

Properties may be ineligible if they include:

· Extremely overgrown grass or brush

· Debris, trash, or hazardous materials in the yard

· Major land clearing needs

· Unsafe terrain or obstacles that could damage equipment

· Eligible properties must be 1 acre or less.

***Hands On Lawn Care Service reserves the right to determine eligibility for all submissions.

Participant agrees that the participant may be held liable for any personal or company property/equipment damage incurred due to customer negligence. Hands On Lawn Care Service, Inc, its employees and/or any of its associates are required to, nor shall any agreement be made to move lawn furniture, decorations or large/heavy objects for the safety of the employee/associate, as well as liability purposes. Hands On Lawn Care Service, Inc. or any of its employees and/or associates shall not be held responsible for any damage caused due to customer's failure to comply. Approval of this document shall serve as a legally binding agreement to the terms mentioned above. Hands On Lawn Care Service, Inc reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
