We are available for all scheduled service requests Monday through Friday from 8am to 1pm. 

Yes, we provide all of our own equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers.

If it is raining on the day of your scheduled service, depending on the amount of rain received, we typically will reschedule your service 1 to 2 days out to allow your property time to dry out before operating our heavy equipment on your property, as this will reduce the probability of damaging your lawn.

Once you receive your quote, we will need certain basic contact information from you 

1. Your First and Last name as well as a good email address you check daily, as we use email to send out electronic invoices, as well as an additional avenue of communication. 

2. Service Location address(s)  

3. A good contact phone number  

4. Also, be sure to select the blue “Approve” button inside the email quote. 

We offer two different options to pay your invoices. They are as follows:  

1. Customer must keep a “Card on file” (credit or debit) for all payment transactions, via a provided secured link. Your card will never be charged until the scheduled service has been completed.  

2. We do accept business checks. All residential invoices are due immediately after your scheduled lawn service has been rendered.  

We have also added a new feature to our website this year as a convenient option for our customers to track all invoices received and all payments made by you, or that we have electronically charged your “card on file” for services that we have provided to your property. Once you have logged on to our website, just simply click on the “Past Invoice Look-up Tool” and enter the invoice number and the payment amount. You will then have instant access to that invoice to print and download for your records. 

All commercial invoices shall be set up on a NET 7 or NET 30 payment option. 

All NET 30 service agreements require a 12-month contract.
